eabusb.sys?

On an XP reinstall (repair) I get promted for eabusb.sys. I cannot find the
file anywhere. It is rarely referenced on the Internet and HP states that it
is not one of their files.

When the machine reboots after install the keyboard does not work. HP NX5000
laptop.

Anyone have any ideas?

Are you using a USB multimedia keyboard that has quicklaunch buttons?
From what I find that is a file for the QL buttons on a keyboard.
