e-shredder take over

this e-shredder warning message has taken over my
yahoo,msn google sites, I ac't acess these and many more
sites. when I try to access these sites i get this warning
message from e-shredder.com saying I have a spyware on my
pc so I should choose from some options they give. All
boils down to the point that they want me to buy their
software. I just want get rid of thatwarning message and
get to my yahoo and other sites. Can somebody help me
removes this e-shredder warning message that comes anytime
I try to access the above mentioned sites.
