Not everyone has the same drive configuration you do. What kind of a drive is E:? CD? CDR? DVD? Something else? What kind of disk are you putting in? Blank CD? Blank DVD? Audio CD? Data CD? Although CD drives and DVD drives may look alike, CD drives can't read DVDs. You need a DVD drive to do what you want.
