Hello friends, we have a unique situation in our office, a few users are not
recieving emails with attachments from specific clients. When the clients
send emails without any attachments they come in just fine. The sender is
not gettning any NDR when the messages with attachments are lost. We do not
have any filter to strip email of their attachments either on the Exchange
5.5 server or on Outlook 2003 clients. I have checked outlook junk folder
and deleted items folder just to make sure that attachments emails are not
ending up in those folder.

Any ideas?

Make sure you are not sending in Rich Text format. Use Plain Text and try
again.

Hi Roady, thanks for your response, but our users don't have any problem
sending the attachments out, they just can't recieve the attachments.

The sender themselves could be preventing the attachments from goind out and
NDRs turned off, depending on what they use for MTA functionality.
