e mailing documents

Every document I send (e mail) in word and every document I am sent in word
opens up with lines through the document either near the end or the entire
document. Very furstrating...lineout is not on!

This isn't related to XP. It's either an email program problem or an
Office problem. Either way, it's not appropriate to this group.
