I have set up my windows email with my e-mail, I can recieve messages only
when the computer is on, when the computer is off, I do not see any of the
new e-mails
please advise.

My advice, stick with snail-mail.

The message in the film "Idiocracy" doesn't look too far fetched now, does
it?
