e-mail with powerpoint attachment keeps being sent

When I send an e-mail in outlook with a powerpoint attachment it keeps being
sent over and over. What causes this and how does one stop this from
happening
 
Most likely caused by your virus scanner that integrates with Outlook.
Disable this integration and try again.
