E-Mail Web Pages

How do you send web pages by E-Mail? Am using Outlook Express 6. I tried
to send one but error says this type document can't be sent as e-mail. Any
help w/b appreciated.
 
You can File>Send>Page by e-mail, but I prefer to right click on the
URL in the address bar and copy/paste into a new e-mail.
