e-mail trouble

When i try to open powerpoint emails an error message appears. It reads powerpoint cant read C:\documents and settings\owner\local settings\temporary internet files\content.IE5\2QULDL06\chair[1].pps. Any ideas, cheers!!!!!!!!!
 
You'll get that message if you have PowerPoint 97 or 2000 or the PowerPoint
97 Viewer and someone sends you a password protected presentation created in
PowerPoint 2002 or 2003. I would check with the sender.

Probably because you have 2 periods in your path statement and it is trying to
read everything after the first period as the file type.
