E-mail Stationery

I download e-mail stationery, but cannot see them in the
more stationery drop down menu when I want to use them,
all I see are the default stationery. Is there an easy
way to save and use e-mail stationery?
 
Just a quick note that might help save you loads of times. I was asked
to build html stationery that conformed with our corporate image and
branding. Wanting something a little more special that what outlook
allows you to create, as well as the free tools out there we found a
company in the UK that produces very very wow stationery (they
produced it and mailed it back same day!) – like I said I was just a
pointer if it saves you some time great and some head aches all the
