When I reboot my PC, some of the e-mail settings in my
Outlook 2002 spontaneously change.
Specifically, "/incoming.verizon.net" is added to my user
name in the User Name field; and in the mail server
field, the entry "incoming.verizon.net" is changed
to "localhost." If I check mail without correcting these
changes, I get error message 0x800CCC92. My ISP,
Verizon, says it is an Outlook problem. Any ideas?
