e-mail returned

Please can anyone help me with this problem I have started getting in
outlook express it was working fine last week..The problem is that when I
send to this certain address it comes back saying from mail administrator
that this mail could not be delivered because the destination computer was
not reachable..I have written to there other addresses and they are fine it
just seems to be in outlook express that I am having the problem..
I have tried looking in the help pages but I cannot find anything.

Best to try an OE newsgroup - that's where you will find most of
the OE experts.

Then learn to cross-post!
