E-mail problems

Can anyone explain what the problem with outlook
express and attachments is? I use to be able to recieve
pic's and attachments, now I get a message and in it
there will be a note unable to open attachment or part of
the message. Sometimes it will state that "oe removed the
unsafe attachment. What do I need to do to receive all my
mail? Thanks for your time, Steve.
 
Go to Tools > options > security > uncheck "remove attachments that may be a
virus.." > apply and ok
Wala..u problem is resolved.
 
You've changed a setting. Change in back in Outlook: Tools/Options
Security Tab then uncheck "Do not allow attachments ..."

No, he's probably upgraded to IE6 or applied SP1 to IE and hasn't
bothered to read the Help-Readme file that came with it. Like all the
other 100,000 people didn't.
