More information would be helpful, but check AOL settings since that's where
the email is originating. What do you mean by notebook format? More
information is required for a more concise answer.

Have been discussed in the MSN forums. AOL mail cannot be read in HTML
format. If read in PlainText no problems.

I fouund out what the problem is. The files from that sender were not being
opened in the right format. I reconfigured the the files to open with msnmapi
not notepad. Thanks for trying to help me.

:

E-mail sent from AOL to MSN opens in notebook format making it
unreadable.

Then contact AOL or MSN to work it out. It's not a problem of the OS,
which is what this group deals with. Bye bye now!
