e-mail picture size

How do I import pictures directly into word 2003 from E-mail attachments.
Copy and paste does not always work.
Or alternatively how does one reduce the size of an E-mail picture
attachment, to the size of my screen?
 
Save the picture to your hard drive, then use Insert | Picture | From File.
