E-mail notification errors - ResolveName returned error: -2147221233

Hi everyone,
I configured distribution lists MS Outlook 2000 to receive e-mail
notifications when certain alarms occur. However, I do not receive these
notifications but see the following errors in the log file:

Can any one help? What is "error ResolveName returned error: -2147221233"
