e-mail not sending from within Outlook

I use Outlook 2003 for several different e-mail addresses
some from the same ISP and some from others. Every once
in a while, I have an e-mail address I just cannot send
from, but most of the time it is the same e-mail address.

I first thought that this is an ISP issue, but for one
reason. If I go into the Tools/Email Accounts and
actually bring up the account and resave the parameters,
the e-mail as an outgoing address will work fine again.
Or what I will do is just change the outgoing e-mail
address to another account and it will work fine then too.

It just seems strange. Does anyone have ideas?

I too have problems sending outgoing messages with
multiple email accounts in Outlook. My earthlink account
almost always works, but my web-site-based accounts do
not send - the messages just sit in the outbox EXCEPT
when I am connected via a LAN, then earthlink doesn't
work, and the web-based accounts do...

Help!
 
Mine is a bit different I think. I am having problems
with my att.net account, my personal website account
seems to be fine though.
