e-mail names

hi. i've got a similar problem to michael below, i send
out a monthly news letter e-mail to my colleagues as well
as my usual e-mails to them, I'm pretty sure this is
possible but i need to distinguish my own e-mails from
the newsletter e-mails.

Can i make certain e-mails from my own account be
displayed in the senders account as being from "CGC News"
rather than from "jon@cgc"?

Modify the "Name" field in your account to be what you want. Or, create
another account, exactly matching your first one, but make the name "CGC
News" and use that account to send the messages.

Of course, you didn't include your Outlook version so the exact steps can't
be described.
