E-Mail locations

Can I send different e-mails accnts to different locations? In Tools>E-mail
accnts>View or change existing e-mail accnts>...it gives me choice for my
various e-mail accnts on where the files can go. But i have 2 Comcast accnts
and they are boht going to the same locations. Can i create 2 different
locations?

Create new folders and use rules to sort your incoming mail into those
folders.
