E-mail Format Problem

Whenever I create a new e-mail message or go to reply to a message the view
changes to be very large on the screen, it happens automatically. The font
does not change it stays at 10 pt, but the view blows up to the point that
three words fit on the screen. I am not sure whether this is Outlook 2007
thing, macro problem or viewr problem??
Any help would be appreciated!

it sounds like you are using zoom. look on the format text tab.
