e-mail delay

Does anyone know what may be causing an e-mail delay in
Outlook 2002. I look in my inbox and I have no new
messages, however if I click on an existing e-mail already
in my inbox, a whole stack of messages come through from
the past 30 minutes. I have send/receive set to check
every 1 minute, etc. Even my exchange e-mail(company e-
mail) doesn't show up right away. What gives?? Any help
would be appreciated....

This is indicative of non-delivery of UDP packets on your network. See
