Is there are way to find out the number of emails that are in a mailbox
without having to set each subfolder to show all view and add them up? I am
using Outlook 2003.

Right click the folder you want to start your count with then click advanced
find. Leave the search field blank so it returns all emails (or you can set
filters if you like). Click Find Now and at the bottom of the window it
should give you a total count. This will search the folder you selected and
all subfolders.

Thanks! This works perfectly for what I need. I have passed it along to all
the people I called for help on this. Everyone was stumped. Thanks again.
