Is there an easy way to e-mail someone the entire contents of one of my
personal folders?

Thank you.

Is the recipient using Outlook? If so, you can make a copy of your .PST file
(with Outlook closed), zip the file, and send it that way. The recipient
would unzip the file to a location of his/her choosing, then open Outlook,
click File, click Open, then click Outlook Data File, then browse to the
location.

Where would I find the .PST file and would it be only for that particular
folder that I want to send. Yes the recepient has Outlook 2003.

Thank you.

Well, what do you mean when you say "Personal Folders" -- do you mean the
whole set of folders or just one particular folder within that set? If you
mean the whole file, right click its root folder, click Properties, then the
Advanced button...the path to the .PST file will be in the Filename box. If
you're using a recent version of Windows, the location of the file may be in
a hidden Windows folder.

You can create a new .PST file (File menu, New, Outlook Data File), copy the
folder to it, close that .PST (right click its root folder and click Close),
then zip that file and send it to your recipient.
