E-Mail Addresses

I need to create a distribution list. Is there a way to show the e-mail
addresses from the contacts in a column so that I may copy and paste them
into a seperate list?

That's not the way to populate the list. Create the new list, then click on
"Select Members". When you do that, your addressbook view of your Contacts
appears, in which you can see email addresses.
