When I attempt to use my "help and support' program with XP, I now get a window that says "helpctr.exe - No Disk There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive E" I also get this message when I boot up my pc. difference being in the message: SAS window:winlogon.exe This just recently started happening. Never posted a question to this before....hope I have done it right.

Go here http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_h.htm and scroll down to "Help
and Support".

Tom-I downloaded your referenced info, but not sure what to do. I also just noted that my CD drive won't open....a separate issue, I know. Could I have a bit more explanation regarding what I am to do? I understand that I need to utilize my XP CD to fix this Start Menu corruption (so I have to get my CD drive fixed) but-then what??
