I have 2 different mail accounts being handled by Outlook. I wish to have 2
different signatures, one per account. How do I switch back and forth
between them or how do I tell outlook which one I want to use?

Depends on version of OL - not possible in many early versions other than
seting the sig.manually

David,

What versions of Outlook will support signature switching (or whatever it's
called)? I would like to do the same thing myself. I have Outlook 2002.

Thanks,

Greg

Outlook 2003 allows per account signatures (when using Word as the editor).
Outlook 2002 and 2003 support right click to select a new signature.

Outlook 2002 certainly supports multiple signatures. When I compose a
message, I have a "Signatures" button in the button bar of the Compose
window. I have multiple signatures defined. After composing the message, I
click the button and choose the signature I wish to include.
