Dynamic Meeting Schedule

We are using powerpoint to display welcome messages and other marketing
material in the entrance to our building. I'm trying to find a way
that powerpoint will grab our daily meeting schedule. The schedule
changes daily and can range from 2 events to over 12. Also I'd like to
find a way so I only have to maintain the schedule in one place. Any
ideas?

Mike could you create a word page with the meeting schedule.

With a ppt slide insert>object>msword file make sure link is ticked

Edit the word file as required
Every time you load the ppt file it will ask if there are any updates to the
word file.
