has any one seen this one! computer wont start normally only
in safe, tried restore but did not work. and ideas??

Win login.exe
entry point not found
the procedure entry point cypt release context
could not be located in the dynamic link library.

Dynamic Link Library is a DLL file. While in Safe Mode, try this:
Start>Run>type SFC /SCANNOW and press OK. (space between C and /)
Have your XP CD handy for it may ask for it.
SFC=System File check. It will search for corrupt and/or missing
system files and replace them.

What malware did you install prior to this encounter?

That file does not belong to WinXP. Since the name is similar to the
system file "winlogon.exe", that file belongs to malware most likely.

That's no Windows file either. Since the name is similar to the system
file "advapi32.dll", that file also belongs to malware most likely.
