Dynamic HTML Effect Not Working in Browser

Hello...I am attempting to use FrontPage 2000 to add Dynamic HTML to a page
on my website. I am attempting to have 3 testimonials "fly in" from
different sides of the page upon "page load". It is displayed properly in
the Preview, but not online. According to the technical info I have read up
to this point, I have the appropriate things selected. If you have any
suggestion as to what I may be doing wrong, please let me know! Thank you in
advance!

Is the file animate.js being uploaded in the correct location
PS
They won't work if the user has not enabled page transitions and animations
