dx10 in vista trial?

ms has a vhd trial version of vista. would someone be able to see how
dx10 looks using it under virtualpc on xp ?

Virtual machines use virtual hardware... generally pretty low end hardware
at that. Although I haven't checked, I'm fairly certain there's no virtual
machine software that emulates a DirectX 10 card.

So the short answer is, probably not any time soon.
 
Virtual Machines do not support Accelerated graphics, well on the Windows
side at least. VMWares Fusion 1.1 RC supports DirectX 8.1, but is no DX 10
 
you could do that (DirectX 8.1) with vmware desktop if you manually added 2
lines in the vmx configuration file

everyone is working on this... to have acceleration in virtual machines.
Paralles did it with the new version 3.0 (only on MAC version)
