dwwin.exe shutdown error

Lately, when I shutdown my pc, I get an error message
reading "dwwin.exe failed to initialize a dll" or something
to that effect. After doing so Windows seems to shutdown
normally, and afterwards will startup normally as well. I
don't know if it is necessarily the cause, but I recently
install WindowBLinds 4 and BootSkin (both released by
Stardock), and this problem didn't start until my second or
third reboot after installation. I appreciate any help with
this problem.
