DVD Region change problems

I have a Pioneer DVD-ROM DVD 115 and I ahave changed the
region 3 times in the past. Now, everytime I ttry to
change the region it gives an error that says I should
insert the right DVD for the region(region 1in this case)
and then it says I don't have administrative privilleges
which I have. I need help.Thanks

Google for DVD Region Free and/or DVD Genie which will enable you to change
regions again.
