DVD Problems

Has anyone come across the following message while trying to play a DVD?:

DVD Error
Error Code: F4D41436
The TV Out port of your display card is not working properly.
This copy protected disc can not be played when the TV out function is
enabled.

I've tried to dig & find where to fix the problem, but have failed to do so.
Please help if you can...

If money isn't a problem you could try anydvd. It has a 21 day trail period
so you can be sure before you buy.
