Windows DVD Maker is only included with Vista Home Premium and Vista
Ultimate. Since you apparently have Vista Basic, you could try upgrading
through the Control Panel>Windows Anytime Upgrade. Or you could try any of
the many free software applications that are available for burning DVD's.
Look for ImgBurn, or DVD Fab Decrypter.
