Scroll on down to "dvdpack.msi"
These free codecs when installed will allow the Windows Media Player
to play DVD movies. Works great, I use them on my desktop PC.

Be very cautious of FREE DVD players, most include spyware.
He appears to be looking for free DVD codecs not a player. I could be
wrong about that though. Free codecs are available at
