dvd decoder problem?

i recently installed an ATI aiw 9000 card and ever since, i cannot play
original dvd's with WMP9 or InterActual player...all i get is audio, no
video. BUT, PowerDVD, WinDVD, and ATI's dvd player all work FINE. now
what's weird is WMP9 can play a created dvd or a dvd image from the hard
drive just fine...what the heck is going on? this sucks because i can't use
InterActual for any special features anymore. the 'preferred decoder'
section of WMP9 advanced options is greyed out for some reason. i can't
figure out the problem. any suggestions? thanks guys!

if i were you i would just make a ghost image of you hard drive and
re-install windows. if you have a system disk
