DVD burning IMAPI v2

Hi there,
does anyone know if there will be a component for DVD burning in XPe within
the next year? Since they is a DVD burner planned to be implemented in
Longhorn called IMAPI v2. It would be nice to have that available on XPe.

I have to make support for DVD write in our application, I was considering
writing my own burning trough MMC (SCSI Multimedia Commands), or something
like this.

But it would take considerable amount of time that I would rather not spend
on this.
