DVD Burner

I have installed another DVD burner. It is a Samsung. Vista doesn't
recognize it. What do I do to get Vista to recognize it?

Did you go into your BIOS after installing the DVD burner and make sure that
it is recognized there first. If the BIOS doen't see it Windows can't.
