During huricane lost. I can't get access to reinstall.

During Katrina I had power failure and lost everything. Microsoft was able
to help reinstall MS office/ student teacher edu. but it does'nt have access
on it The disk cd is seperate. When I put it in it want take it I need
help.
 
I would suggest you contact Microsoft Customer Support and see if they can
send you a replacement disk. They will need the product Id and serial
number, probably. I had a bad disk a few years ago in my Office 2000 pro and
they sent a new disk.
