Duplication of "Well-Known SIDs" during Migration

Has anyone encountered an issue related to duplicate "well-known SIDs"
created during an NT4-to-Win2K migration?

If so, how was the problem resolved? (SP3+ is supposed to solve the
duplicate SIDs issue in regard to Backup and Restore of RID Flexible
Single-Master Operations Domain Controller, but I don't think it solves the
duplicate SID issue encountered during migration...)

Any clues?

Could you give more detail on the symptoms/problems you are seeing?
