I recently purchased a Imation USB 3.5 Floppy Drive.
After rebooting, Win XP assignes a duplicate Drive
letter "A". If you use the Win XP Icon to remove
hardware, when you plug the drive back in, it either
fixes the problem or creates a driver letter "B".

Does this actually cause any problems other than aesthetics? If you do
not have actual conflicts, it may just be Windows grabbing the wrong
letter, but not the wrong information such as path, hardware ID, etc.
