Duplicate records

Hi all,

I have a database that pulls 4 records from a table. These records can and
may be duplicated showing different dates. Tried using a cross-tab query to
pull both records with both dates but it doesn't work.

Does anyone have any other ideas?

What is the same about them that you can identify them as duplicates?
Can yuo give an example and what results you actually trying to get?
