duplicate programs?

While reviewing the Add/DElete section, I noticed 13
programs; all 20.18mb; all referring to media player or
hot fix

Are these all necessary, or can I dump some and free up my
machine

First check the Qxxxxx number and see if they're all the

same, if they are, delete all but one. If they are
different, each is a separate "hotfix" and should be left
alone and NOT uninstalled for that would create chaos on
your PC. If you want, you can delete just the entries in
the Add or Remove Programs (not the programs), if you
like. Remove Hotfix Backup Files
