When I open Outlook 2003, I see 2 Outlook Today folders. The second is an
exact duplication of the first, induding the sub-folders. How do I get rid
of the second one? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If right-click Close doesn't work, then try File>Data File Management. If
that doesn't work, you'll beed to create a new mail profile in Control
Panel>Mail>Show Profiles>Add. It sounds like you may have copied a PST over
the top of another duplicately named PST.

Here's a little more detail on how to check the data file management fix:

Close Outlook | START | CONTROL PANEL | MAIL | SHOW PROFILES | Click your
Profile | PROPERTIES| DATA FILES | click the duplicate personal folder |
REMOVE | YES | CLOSE | CLOSE | OK
Start Outlook and they will not be present anymore

I copied these instructions and MUST give credit to Andreas Roeder for them.
I followed these steps by deleting the data file that DID NOT say *mail
delivery location* and my dupe set was instantly gone. If this doesn't
work, there are other fixes to try at :

I was also advised that the help file has complete instructions.

Hope this helps.....n
