duplicate names in the address lines when I hit tab

When entering address that are already in my contacts and I hit tab or moved
to the body, CC or BB, it will display duplicate address for each email
entered.

Have updated Office with latest patches. Also deleted the users profile
within windows and the problem still occurs.
 
Totally unclear post. At the very least, you should mention your Outlook
version, how you are entering the address, and what you mean by "duplicate
address for each email."
 
If you are talking about the fact that the Outlook Address Book display all
electronic addresses for a Contact, that is not a "problem." That is by
design.
 
Didn't seem TOTALLY unclear. Example of what it does, you type in an address
in the TO: of your email, you may type in several... once you move from the
TO: (say for example to the main body of your email) the email address typed
in the TO: will be duplicated, or repeated. e.g. (e-mail address removed).... now is
listed as (e-mail address removed);[email protected].

Still nothing to go on.
No Outlook version.
No configuration information for the Outlook Address Book.
Never seen the behavior so you will need to provide steps to repro.
Also, state what happens if you click on the Check Names button while in the
To: field.
