Duplicate name on the network exist

Problem; I cant access my network.
It says following when i try during my lon on. Dublicate name exist on the network. After that i log on, but cant access the network. I can go on the internet etc, but just cant connet to my network.

Any ideas out there..

Hi,

Try changing the Network name of your computer.
Right click My Computer, then go to properties.
Then click on the Computer Name tab, and then click on the Change button and
then type in a new computer name
then hit ok, and then ok again.
You'll have to restart your computer for your changes to take affect.
