I have two mail folders shown in the All Mail Folders list in Outlook 2003.
They have different icons. (One has a clock and house icon, the other has a
card-file icon.) But both items refer to the same pst file, and both show
the same properties.

To emphasize, the two icons point to the same pst file.

In File, Data File Management, only one file name is listed.

How can I remove one of the folders shown in All Mail Folders?

Thanks.

Marilyn

The easiest thing to do is to create a new profile and delete the old one.
You could edit the registry instead, but it's not a straightforward process
and if you mess it up, you'll have to create a new profile anyway :-)
