Duplicate form

I used the form wizard to generate a form and added some more controls on it.
Now when I try to enter data, a duplicate view of the form is displayed at
the bottom of the window. I want to know why this is happening and how I can
get rid of this.

I forgot to mention that some of the fields on this form are from a linked
table.
Has it got anything to do with the problem?

We don't know either, since we can't see the form.

If you open the Form in design view do you see a Subform control? Or are some
controls displayed twice on the form? This isn't something Access does,
ordinarily; it's just displaying the form as you have created and modified it.
If you don't want it to look like it does, just open the form in design view
and change it!
