Duplicate files

We have:

SBS 2003 server
windows xp pro workstations - 6 pc's
shared printers from workstations

1 - One of the user has duplicate files being created on the shared
folder from workstation 1
2 - When printing from workstation 1, the document also prints a
report with the following
filename:
directory:
template:
title:
subject:
author:
keywords:
etc

can someone help with this problems.
