When creating a new message and choosing a contact from the Outlook address
book, why are there two entries for the users if the user has an fax number?
User are choosing the wrong entry and attempting to send message to the
user's fax number.
We did not see this problem until after applying Office XP SP3. How can we
customize or turn this feature off?
